The customer has the option to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed:
• for withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price.
If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obligated to pay the total price.
No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure.
The customer has the right to nominate a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.

Schöne Anlage leider mit unzumutbaren Defiziten
Guten Tag Frau Wernbacher, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, die wir uns sehr zu Herzen nehmen. Ein Anruf an mich oder ein Gespräch mit dem Personal vor Ort und alle Ihre Probleme wäre umgehend gelöst worden.
Auch wenn etwas in der Küche gefehlt haben sollte, die übrigens komplett ausgestattet ist und sogar über eine Spülmaschine verfügt, hätten wir sofort Abhilfe schaffen können. Desweiteren haben Sie nur die Endreinigung der Ferienwohnung bezahlt. Eine weitere Reinigung wäre ohne Probleme machbar gewesen, wenn Sie uns Bescheid gegeben hätten.
Wir hoffen trotzdem, dass wir Ihnen einen schönen Urlaub in Sizilien vermitteln konnten, wie hunderte anderer unserer Gäste dieses Jahr im Resort Ancora Bianca.

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen in direkter Strandlage
Den Freisitz am Meer haben wir sowohl tagsüber zum Lesen und zu Gesprächen mit den anderen Gästen genutzt; abends haben wir oft mit einem guten Glas sizilianischen Weins dort die Fischerboote beobachtet.
Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, das Bad modern eingerichtet und die Betten sind wie neu. Bilder und Vorhänge geben ein wohnliches Gefühl und die Terrassenausstattung kann sich sehen lassen.
Wir haben rund 1200 km in zwei Wochen zurückgelegt und werden sicher wiederkommen, um weitere Teile der Insel zu erkunden.
