Description
The apartment is open all year round for friends and families. In a quiet location , just 100m from Lake of Garda and 150 m. from the center. The apartment has a beaultifull view of Lake Garda.
There is a very nice swimming pool surrounded by the garden with olive trees and sun beds. There are also external parking spaces for loading . and unloading luggage and a private garage.
The apartment was furnished with great care: there is a kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, German coffee maker(Melita), toaster, kettle and all necessary equipment for cooking.
There are 2 bedrooms : one double bed with three-door wardrobe, suitcase rest , 2 bedside tables and safe. One room with two bunk beds, and wardrobe . Bathroom with shower, and fon. In the livingroom there is sofa and TV LCD "32 SAT, and air conditioning with any temperature (24 hours).

Tolle Wohnung,super Lage und fantastische Betreuung
Die Wohnung ist picobello sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Gardasee. Schon der Empfsng durch Luis war sehr herzlich und informativ . Rundum toll

Schöne Lage fußläufig zum Gardasee, kleiner Ort, aber trotzdem Restaurants, Eisdiele, Bäckerei, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt....

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne, erholsame Wochen bei der Familie Perotti verbracht. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und über alle Gegebenheiten informiert. Wir hatten das blaue Appartement, welches sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber war. Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet und das Appartement mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die gesamte Anlage, incl. Pool, ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Im Ort sind kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants vorhanden. Für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt es sich, z. B. nach Malcesine zu fahren. Die ruhige Lage haben wir als sehr erholsam empfunden. Wir können die Appartamenti Mary uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Viele liebe Grüße an Daniela, welche uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.
Fantastisches Appartment und tolle Vermieter
Eine wirklich fantastische Unterkunft. Die Familie Perotti ist sehr Warmherzig und wirklich tolle Vermieter. Die Appartments sind toll ausgestattet. Wir haben im neuen Appartment Margherita gewohnt was gerade erst im Juni 2017 fertiggestellt wurde. Der kleine Garten und der Pool sind wirklich einladend bei den heißen Temperaturen. Der Ort Brenzone Magugnano ist wirklich toll. Vor allem Leise und nicht überlaufen. Es gibt einen kleinen Tante Emma Laden einen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants. Malcesine liegt ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und Torri del Benaco ca. 15 min.

Wir hatten in unserem Apartment eine sehr schöne Zeit. Es ist alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist top, besser geht es nicht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch die Außenanlage ist wunderschön: Der Pool, die Bepflanzung und der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist einfach wunderschön! Brenzone ist ein kleiner, niedlicher Ort, die Restaurants und Preise sind gut und empfehlenswert. Wir wären am liebsten dort geblieben und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:-)Der Vermieter erklärt einem alles und es bleiben keine Fragen offen. Wir haben ein Stück Italien mit nach Hause genommen.

Die Lage ist wirklich super! Man hat alles wichtige in der nähe.
Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Für das Auto gibt es sowohl vor dem Haus einen Stellplatz als auch einen in der Tiefgarage. Der Pool ist super sauber und bietet eine gute Alternative zum doch sehr steinigen gardasee-strand.
Alles in allem sind wir super zufrieden gewesen und werden die fewo weiterempfehlen .
P.S.: direkt am kleinen Hafen im örtchen gibt es eine super gute Pizzeria, die dazu auch noch sehr humane Preise hat.

Really nice place
Apartment was in good condition: carefully cleaned up and everything works fine (no broken furnitures or machines etc.). The only minus was that there were no washing machine in the apartment. Private garage was beneath the building so the cars were sheltered from the outsiders and from the sun. Pool area was nice and clean.
Apartment is located in a small village. There is few shops and restaurants nearby. So this is not a shopper's paradise. But if you seek for peaceful place with a splendid views over the Lake Garda, this is your choice. :)

I deceided to put a dishwasher in apartment instead of washing macchine because for me the family is happier to have a dishwasher in apartyment. Maybe the family did not know there is a washing and dying service by Family Perotti.
Sonnig, sauber, sympathisch
Waren das erste Mal am Gardasee und total begeistert von Brenzone und den Mary Appartements. Von der Terrasse aus blickten wir nach rechts auf den Gardasee, nach links auf den Monte Baldo. Unsere kleine Wohnung super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Appartements sind mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, eines ist in gelb gehalten, eines in rot und eines in blau. Bei uns war sogar die Salatschleuder gelb. Es gibt sogar eine Tiefgarage, in der die Gäste ihre Autos abstellen können. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber zum Abkühlen völlig ausreichend. Unser Vermieter Luis hat den Pool jeden Morgen sauber gemacht. Bei unserer Ankunft hat Luis uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben bzgl. Einkaufen, Essen, Ausflüge usw. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.

sehr schöne Urlaubswoche
Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche einwandfrei , nette , zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die jeder Zeit für Probleme ansprechbar ist. Umgebung traumhaft, genau wie im Internet abgebildet.
Ort ist sehr ruhig, Nachtleben ist eher im Nachbarort.Würden immer wieder hinfahren!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohung
Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung und Anlage mit Parkgarage. Komlett augestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Sehr schönes Bad. Traumhafter Blick auf den Gardasee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Die Wohnung sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern im Internet.
