Our 1500 square feets large and comfortable apartment in Berlin Pankow-Niederschönhausen offers a generous living room, 4 bedrooms with king-size-beds and 2 bathrooms.
The basic price is for 4 guests in two bedrooms, if you need single bedrooms please let me know before booking.

All listed prices are final prices including linen, towels 2 per guest 100x50cm, cleaning, accommodation and VAT.

Access to the apartment and the apartment itself is infinitely.

The kitchen and living area offers not only a fully equipped kitchen. Here are also two dining areas with 8 and even four seats. From the kitchen leads to the terrace, this is about 270 sft in size.

Check-in from 15:00 at the latest 22 o'clock, check-out before 11:00

Wir waren als Familie mit insgesamt 7 Personen eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Nach Besuch des Zentrums haben wir die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Herrn Behnke!!

Wir haben als Familie (5 Erwachsene) 4 tolle Tage in Berlin verbracht.
Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben - sehr modern, hell, 2 wunderschöne Badezimmer, 4 große Schlafzimmer, insgesamt alles was man benötigt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist toll, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (der Thai war sehr lecker!) direkt in der Umgebung und das Zentrum von Berlin ist problemlos mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen.
Ein DANKESCHÖN an Herrn Behnke! Wir können diese tolle Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!!

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben 8 Tage in dieser schönen, großen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Angaben der Objektbeschreibung. Sie ist zudem äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig ebenso problemlos erreichbar wie auch Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (sowohl Bus- als auch Straßenbahnhaltestellen). Die Wohnung ist somit ideal als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Stadt- und Museumsbesichtigungen gewesen, sowie auch ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort für etwas Entspannung. - Vielen Dank, Herr Behnke.

Eine schöne, saubere Ferienwohung in Niederschönhausen. Mit vier Schlafzimmern und 2 schönen Bädern ideal für Familien. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Herrn Behnke! Nächstes Mal gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung bei Tilo ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Top ausgestattet, super in Schuss, gerade mal vor 2 Jahre gebaut. Es gibt zwei Bäder, mit ebenerdigen großzügigen Duschen (der Hammer) und eine Badewanne. In der Bädern Fußbodenheizung. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr hell mit großen Fenstern. Hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Kann ich jederzeit empfehlen.

Vielen Dank für Deine Bewertung - endlich nimmt sich mal Jemand die Zeit ein paar Zeilen zu schreiben. Die Wohnung liegt natürlich nicht außerhalb von Berlin, sondern nur nicht im Zentrum. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es nur 8,5km - Die Stadt ist eben etwas größer.
