You have the option of cancelling within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation, at no cost. From the 4th day, according to Article 11, there is a cancellation fee of 125.00 EUR.
If the tenant cannot use the property at the agreed upon time, the landlord
must be notified in writing (email/fax/post) pursuant to Article 11. The landlord will try to find another renter. The costs for doing so will be charged to the original tenant, at the least a cancellation fee of 125.00 will be charged, even if a replacement tenant is found. If a new tenant is not found, the tenant owes the landlord
25% of the rental price from 6 weeks before arrival
50% of the rental price from 4 weeks before arrival
100% of the rental price from 2 weeks before arrival
For only partial procurement, the tenant owes the landlord the difference from the full rental price. The tenant can prove, however, that damages were not incurred or to a lesser extent. Any deficiencies at the property or its furnishings do not authorized the tenant to refuse or reduce this, unless the deficiency was known to the landlord. Offset with claims from the rental contract is only possible with uncontested or legally valid set claims.

Dank der ruhigen Umgebung und der bequemen Betten haben wir gut geschlafen und uns gut erholt.
Zum Meer und zum Ort Boltenhagen führt ein idyllischer Spazierweg. Der kleine Ort Tarnewitz hat noch dörfliches Flair und die Kneipe "Klausner" ist einfach einen Besuch wert.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
