The living space is spread over a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room has a cozy sofa with an armchair and a television set with a satellite dish for receiving almost all German TV channels. The modern kitchen is - like everything in this apartment - of high quality and fully equipped.
Both bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm or 160 x 200 cm (comfort beds with two mattresses each measuring 90 or 80 x 200 cm). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, bidet, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.

The heated pool is about 4 x 8 meters in size. Guests can take a refreshing dip there and use their own terrace for sunbathing, which extends across the entire width in front of the apartment, and where sun loungers and a parasol are available. An outdoor shower, located opposite the terrace, also provides a cooling off.

It takes 15 minutes to get to the sandy beaches of Las Americas or the nearly 12 km long beach promenade, and the small sandy beach of El Puertito is just 10 minutes away.

Tolle Wohnung
Der Gästebetreuer hat uns die Wohnung übergeben und wir waren ganz im Glück über die herrliche Umgebung und die tolle Aussicht. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Eigentümer waren anwesend und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
