Welcome to the 2-room apartment, which is approximately 43 m² in size and is located on the 3rd floor.
There is an elevator in the building so that you can easily reach your apartment!
To experience a wonderful vacation in Niendorf, it is best to book directly with us. This apartment has space for up to 2 adults and 1 child and you are only a few meters away from the Niendorf harbor.
A delicious fish sandwich to go? Stroll to the promenade and enjoy the beautiful view? No problem at all!

The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, the couch is a pull-out couch (no black-out blinds, but there is a roller blind).
The TV invites you to spend relaxing evenings on the couch. The open kitchenette is connected to the living room. You will be greeted by a bar table with 3 bar stools, where you can have breakfast. The newly renovated kitchen is also suitable for conjuring up a delicious dinner while on vacation. Of course there is a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and a ceramic hob. You can use the oven and the dishwasher. You can listen to music on the stereo system!

In the evenings, after long walks, you can relax on the balcony (east-facing), which is equipped with a table and two chairs. The bedroom, with a double bed, is equipped with a large closet.
A modern shower room is tastefully furnished for you.

You also have the option of using the swimming pool and the associated sauna, which are open every day.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The sauna is open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
There are different times: women's sauna, men's sauna and communal sauna: please see the notices in the house.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room are available in the basement.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. (very narrow parking space, width 2.13m)
This is a non-smoking apartment.
