Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten diese schöne Wohnung für 1 Woche gemietet und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft schön. Es ist eine ruhige Anlage, was einem vor allem Nachts, einen sehr erholsamen Schlaf ermöglicht. Der Pool ist super und wir hatten das Glück, das wir ihn fast nur für uns allein hatten. Es gibt eigentlich nix zu beanstanden, höchstens das Kinderzimmer was man noch etwas liebevoller gestalten o. einrichten hätte können. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da der Rest einfach alles getopt hat. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
Traumhafter Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung!
Die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus mit dem Pool ermöglichen einen super Sommerurlaub einer wunderschönen Umgebung! Sehr empfehlenswert!
erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung
Casa Faten ist eine moderne FeWo ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Vom großflächigen Balkon aus hat man eine herrliche Aussicht in Richtung Comer See . Sowohl der Ortskern von Colico als auch der jeweilige Ausgangspunkt schöner Wanderungen sowie ein empfehlenswertes landestypischen Restaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar. Pool, Tiefgarage und Aufzug sind weitere Annehmlichkeiten. Allerdings empfiehlt es sich in der Tat, Sitzkissen mitzubringen. Auch sind die schlichten Schonbezüge der Sitzgruppe etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zudem wäre es schön gewesen, wenn mit den TV's deutsche Sender empfangbar gewesen wären. Aber dafür schuf die gute WLAN-Internetverbindung einen Ausgleich. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, auch dank des sehr freundlichen Services der Verwalterin Frau Michela und Giada.
Tolle Wohnung, tolle Aussicht
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf den See und auf die Berge. Sehr schöner Pool. Große Garage mit viel Platz für Motorrad oder Fahrräder o.ä. und es gibt zusätzlich noch einen Außenstellplatz. In die Wohnung kommt man bequem mit dem Aufzug. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser etc. Alles prima.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick
Die Wohnung hat fast alles für einen Traumurlaub. Der Pool ist sehr schön und immer sauber, zwei mal die Woche wird er gereinigt. Das W-lan funktioniert sehr gut, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlt ein Wasserkocher für die Teetrinker und es fehlen Sitzkissen für die Stühle drinnen und auf dem Balkon. Sonst ist alles vorhanden, selbst ein Stellplatz und eine extra Garage, in der Tiefgarage und auch für einen Kleinbus hoch genug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön auch an den hervorragenden Service!!!
Super Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht
Die Ferienwohnung ist in 3. Etage in einem neuen Haus. Die Einrichtung ist komplett neu. Das Highlight ist der überdachte Balkon, der einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See und auch in die Bergwelt bietet. Die Einzelgarage innerhalb der Tiefgarage ist sehr groß, so dass man auch mit größeren Fahrzeugen problemlos dort parken kann. Von dort gelangt man ohne Stufen mit dem Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung. Der Pool ist klasse und ausreichend groß.
Insgesamt haben wir einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub dort verlebt.
