Description
The apartment has been in the family since the time of construction and is now available for rent after complete renovation at the beginning of 2021.
The apartment is located in a residential complex built in the late 1960s in the classic Ligurian style with the Ligurian colors and the classic facade decoration, on the 3rd floor (elevator available). It is located below the site of a former patrician villa (the “Villa Belvedere”).
In 2021/2022, the facades and roof were completely renovated and are now back to their original beauty.
The residential complex has a private road with private parking spaces secured by a barrier. Tenants receive a radio remote control for the duration of their stay.
Right next to the residential complex is the largest supermarket in town (Coop), which can be reached at ground level via an entrance and an elevator.
The next (free) beach at the “Lido” is just under 10 minutes on foot.
In summer (mid/late June to early September) a free bus (“corrierina del mare”) runs to the beach resorts further away in the direction of Portofino/Paraggi (some of which are free) (to “Covo di Nord Est”) and again back. The nearest stop at Piazza San Siro is about 5-10 minutes (accessible via the mall elevator).
Tenants receive a detailed list of all bathing areas from us with a description, rating and accessibility information.
Due to the many art objects and the high-quality new furnishings and technology, liability insurance is required. Alternatively, a higher deposit can be paid.
