If you start your booked stay late, do not show up at all, or leave early, cancellation fees may be charged according to EU norms.
The following cancellation fees apply for early departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay by written declaration):
- Up to 42 days before the arrival date: 20% of the total price plus a processing fee of 50 EUR
- From 42 to 14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price plus a processing fee of 50 EUR
- Less than 14 days until the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price plus a processing fee of 50 EUR
- In case of no-show or trip interruption: 100% of the agreed total price
The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. If a valid rental contract is concluded, the corresponding cancellation fees will be waived.
In the event of a travel ban to Italy imposed by the German Foreign Office due to the coronavirus pandemic at the time of arrival, the corresponding cancellation fees will be waived, except for the processing fee of 50 euros.
