The layout of CasaMare3:
CasaMare3 is accessible via a normal staircase with a handrail.
Spacious, very bright living room with windows from where you have a fantastic view of the sea and the dunes! In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV and a very comfortable (sleeping) sofa. For cozy evenings of playing or dining, a dining table is at your disposal.
The open kitchen, also with a sea view, is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, Senso, and coffee machine.
The spacious bathroom has a large shower, sink, and toilet.
There are two cozy bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed. One bedroom is accessible via a staircase (a bit steep but with a handrail). The upstairs bedroom offers a large window with a fantastic sea view and at night a view of the starry sky!
There are cabinets provided for storing your clothes.
Below is the garden of CasaMare apartments. Here your children can play in our private playground. A large picnic table ensures that you can enjoy the sun here.

Wo Traum-Ferienwohnung dran steht, ist nicht Traumferienwohnung drin
Wir bedauern, dass Sie keinen schönen Urlaub hatten. Das Wetter wird für Sie eine große Rolle gespielt haben und die Angst vor Corona und die Tatsache, dass Sie deswegen absagen wollten, wird wahrscheinlich eine Rolle bei Ihrer Bewertung spielen.
Auf den Fotos sieht man das Haus genau so wie es ist. Sie sehen auch die Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung usw. Wenn Sie auf der Couch oder am Esstisch sitzen, sehen Sie auch die schöne Aussicht.
Außerdem sind unsere Preise auf der Website sehr transparent.
Wenn Sie nicht wussten, wie der Ofen funktioniert (eine Beschreibung ist verfügbar), sind wir direkt gekommen, um Ihnen dabei zu helfen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und alles befindet sich in einem wirklich sehr guten Zustand.
Was schön wäre für alle, die die Wohnung nutzen, wenn sowas wie Salz und Pfeffer, Öl zum Braten, Backpapier etc. da wären. Dann muss man halt nicht alles neu kaufen und wieder mit nach Hause nehmen. Vielleicht lassen künftige Bewohner in Zukunft ja mal etwas da. :-)
Die Wohnung hat schon seinen Preis und man findet bestimmt auch noch günstigere Alternativen.
ABER: Der Ausblick und die modern ausgestattete Wohnung und diese Ruhe sind definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Der eigene Parkplatz ist ein absolutes Plus!
