The apartment is located directly on the beach promenade to Playa Ajabo on the first floor of a well-kept apartment complex with about 90 residential units. Several restaurants, a bar with live music and a supermarket are located on the ground floor.
Bedroom with large double bed (2 single beds 200 x 90 cm). Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Child bed and / or childrens chair available free of charge. The large panoramic window in the living room can be pushed on both sides and offers a cozy place with fresh air with direct view to the sea. Large community pool with sunbaths for free use. Radio / flat-screen TV and Wlan round off the comfort offered.

Enspannung in Teneriffa
Wir hatten uns auf den Swimming Pool gefreut. Leider war dieser defekt und konnnte auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht repariert geschweige denn genutzt werden.
Die Umgebung der Wohnung bietet einig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Lokale. Unmittelbar unter der Wohnung ist leider ein Lokal, in dem ab Donnerstag Abend bis zu unserer Abreise jeden Abend bis in die Nacht hinein sehr laute Musik, teilweise zum Mitsingen (Karaoke), gespielt wurde. Das hat ebenfalls Abzüge in der Bewertung zur Folge gehabt
Die Karaokebar ist auf Grund fehlenden Lizenz und wegen Lärmbelästigung in Dezember 2018 geschloßen worden.
