Description
On ground floor (3 m above street level) is a well-equipped kitchen with bar and bar stools. It has a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, hand blender, various coffee machines such as Nespresso etc.
The large double bedroom (2 x 90cm beds put together) has a small living area with TV and a small work space. Opposite to it is a bathroom (WC only) with washing machine.
On the first floor is a cozy mixed-purpose room, which can be used as sitting room, dining room or office. It has stunning beach and sea views and is furnished with a small sofa, table and chairs and there is a HD monitor, too. The second bedroom is also double with two 90cm beds and windows with sea view. The large bathroom opposite is nicely styled, with shower, WC, parquet flooring and hair dryer.
On second floor is the beautiful attic room, pleasantly decorated with prints. It has large, cushioned brick sofas, parquet flooring, high-quality LCD TV, charming Moroccan accessories and last but not least access to the roof terrace. The terrace has brick made corner benches with waterproof cushions and pillows, where you can sunbathe protected from wind and views. Under the canvas sunshade there are seats and tables for out door meals and you will enjoy the most fantastic panoramic views of Conil, the Andalusian coast, the beach and the ocean: from the Playa de los Bateles of Conil de la Frontera over the endless beach of El Palmar to the lighthouse Cabo de Trafalgar in Los Caños de Meca and the African coast on the horizon.
