The new apartment, which was built at the beginning of 2018, enables you to enjoy stylish living that is very valuable for a holiday home, and especially with the second room, plenty of space for individuality and retreat, in a light-flooded atmosphere.

A second bedroom is not always needed. We have therefore equipped one of the rooms so that you can e.g. with two or three people, you can live in a second living room or your own youth room for your personal freedom. It contains a cupboard and an additional display case e.g. for reading and personal and a stereo.
For four people, you can expect a full bed with slatted frame and a specially selected, high-quality latex mattress. Therefore, it is not a bed couch but a full bed. However, as can be seen in the pictures, it can be folded into a chic couch.
In each of the two bedrooms there is a desk and a closet for storage. There is an additional small table in the kitchen.
You can enjoy the panorama both from the living room table, from the three-seater couch and from the relaxing armchair.
The kitchen continues in white high gloss. It includes all the utensils for serving and enjoying. Your equipment includes: a chamber, a ceramic hob with four hotplates, a refrigerator, an oven, an extractor hood and a dishwasher, a coffee machine and an espresso / cappuccino machine.
You can also make yourself comfortable outdoors on the two different terraces, e.g. the wonderful enjoy the view. The equipment includes Garden table, deck chairs, upholstery

Negativ!
Die Bilder stimmen nicht überein. Es gibt keine Designerstühle und auch kein Tisch dazu. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist viel zu hoch gegriffen und stimmt nicht mit dem Preis überein..Die Dame des Hauses erzählte ständig von Verboten und Einschränkungen. Das war sehr unangenehm.
Zuletzt noch etwas zufriedenstellendes. Der Ausblick aud die Burg Berwartstein war sehr schön.
