Description
Apartment Karla (A4+2, approx 40 square meters + 14 square meters terrace) is placed on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 to 6 persons. It has 2 double bedrooms (in first room bed is 160*200 and in second bed is 140*200). Mattresses are with pocket springs.), 2 baths, kitchen and living room with extra bed for 2 more persons. Extra bed is gray couch that extends into a bed 140*200. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep.
Kitchen and living room are one open space. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooking plate, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery, dishes… Both bathrooms are with shower, toilet and hair dryer and in one bathroom is washing machine.
Apartment is equipped also with towels and bed linen.
This apartment has air conditioning, wifi free, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart SAT TV in every room, safety deposit box and insured parking place in the yard.
This apartment has view on the countryside (garden view).
The nearest grocery store, bakery, coffee bar and restaurant are 200 meters away. So, there is no need for a car unless you want to explore other places on the island.

* If you have a little child --> In the bedroom I can put a baby bed. Also, for babies I can give you baby feeding chair and baby stroller. All these baby items (cot, feeding chair and stroller) are free of charge. ---> If you will need it.
* Washing machine & clothes dryer (device) --> The washing machine and clothes dryer are not located in the apartment, but You can use our laundry room which is equipped with 2 washing machines and 1 clothes dryer. Laundry room is located in the same building as this apartment and it has a separate entrance from the courtyard.
==> This apartment Karla has a washing machine in one bathroom (inside apartment).
* Iron and ironing board --> If you need it, you can use the iron and the ironing board. For now, we have 1 iron and 1 ironing board that can be used by all guests in all 4 apartments.
I will bring them in your apartment.
* Grill --> On request, I can give you an outdoor mobile charcoal grill for barbecuing in the garden.
* Bike --> You can use our 2 bikes if you will need it. Also, if you will come with your own bikes, I can offer you storage for them which can be locked. This bike storage is actually our laundry room which is located in the same building as this apartment and it has a separate entrance from the courtyard.
* Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board -> If you like it, you can use and try the stand-up paddle in the sea. For now we only have 2 Stand Up Paddles that can be used by all guests in all 4 apartments.

Immediately before the entrance of Baška, the road is divided into two roads. Left uphill is the road to harbor and to nudist camp Bunculuka, and the right is the road to the center of Baška and to camp Zablaće (also to Hotel Zvonimir or Hotel Corinthia). You turn right toward the camp Zablaće. After the camp Zablaće is Zarok (part of Baška). Immediately after a long yellow building left is the hotel Dobrovit, and you turn right up the hill. Our house is the 7-th from the left side (the fence is made of stone).
The address is Zarok 5, Baška. --> If you write Zarok 5, Baška, Croatia on Google map, you will see a mark for the house.

Urlaub Baska bei Tomislav. EMPFEHLENSWERT!
Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat einen Smart-TV (SAT-TV) viele Deutsche Sender, Apps usw.
Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, alles ist hochmodern und neu eingerichtet.
Tomislav hilft zu jeder Zeit, er stellt seine Fahrräder zur Verfügung und lässt es einem an nichts fehlen. Deutsch sowie Englisch sind mit ihm kein Problem!
Zur Begrüßung gab es Schnaps und ausführliche Informationen über den Ort Baska und die Insel Krk.
Urlaub bei Tomislav ist einfach nur zu empfehlen, er ist in den zwei Wochen schon zu einem Freund
Wir kommen im Juni 2023 wieder.
