The house is nearly exactly in the mid-point between the lakes, east and west beaches, so everything is reached in a few minutes on foot, as is the celebrated new golf course. The ground floor apartment for 2-4 people is located in the heart of the family resort of Hörnum on a quiet side street right behind the port dunes. Everything is reachable in a few minutes' walk: supermarket, bakery, post box, ATM, bus stop. The spacious garden is protected from the street by a traditional stone wall and has sun the entire day. There is also no overlook from the neighbouring garden A real brazier (not an imitation) also creates cosiness in bad weather. The furnishings of the kitchen and apartment include a dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, SAT-TV and DVD player.

The port at Hörnum has still retained its old rustic style, contrary to some of the pimped up competition, and is a starting point for a comprehensive excursion program of the Adler line.
