Description
We took over the apartment in autumn 2019 and have since "turned it inside out" for the very first time. The old bathroom was renovated, the rest of the apartment was completely redone and brought up to date. The old kitchen was replaced and there are now 140cm bunk beds in the bedroom. The apartment became our little shack, all that dust and grime became loose and relaxed. A place to feel good in. A place to slow down. A place to unwind and still not have to do without any amenities. The in-house sauna and swimming pool take care of that. And if you want, we've got WiFi or streaming services like Netflix.

If you cancel up to 28 days before the start of the rental period = free; if you cancel up to 14 days before arrival = 50%, thereafter 80% of the rental price.
If there's a general ban on accommodation due to Covid-19 that prevents you from coming, regardless of the time = free cancellation and reimbursement of any payments made thus far.

Free parking is possible approx. 100m away on Elbingeröder Straße. It is possible to stop in the yard for loading and unloading.
You can travel by train via Bad Harzburg, Wernigerode or Walkenried and continue from there by bus. Alternatively, take the Harz narrow-gauge railway to Elend station and from there continue by taxi (approx. 6km).

Super gemütliche „Bude“
+ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.
+ die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich und man kehrt nach Unternehmungen gern wieder zurück. Über Freizeitgestaltung muss man sich auch keinen Kopf zerbrechen - es ist genügend Lektüre über den Harz/die Umgebung vorhanden und in den Tauschregalen stehen auch wahre Bücher-Schätze.
+ hervorheben möchten wir die Tipps und Empfehlungen in Form einer vorab per Mail zugesandten Gästemappe - so konnte man schon gut informiert anreisen.
+ somit war/ist es ein sogenanntes Rundum-Sorglos-Paket

Schöner Besuch im Harz
Auch die Infos in der Gästemappe waren sehr hilfreich.
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut, da man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann (Kurpark, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Innenstadt).

Auszeit im Harz
Die Wohnung ist super schick und modern eingerichtet und auf der Loggia haben wir am ein oder anderen Nachmittag Kaffee und Kuchen genossen.
Schon vor der Anreise, erhielten wir eine umfangreiche Gästemappe vom Vermieter, in der super viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten oder Restaurants vor Ort zu finden waren. So konnten wir uns sehr gut auf unsere Zeit im Harz vorbereiten und vor Ort die Seele baumeln lassen.
Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Selten habe wir eine so geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gesehen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig und wirklich vollständig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten des Harzes sind in einen Umkreis von 50 Km zu erreichen. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft,
