Cancellation Policy according to ÖHVB
Cancellation without a cancellation fee:
Both contracting parties, i.e., the guest as well as the accommodation provider, can dissolve the accommodation contract without paying a cancellation fee no later than three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party within this period.
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival day and no later arrival time has been arranged, the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the contract. However, if a deposit has been paid by the guest, the room must be reserved until no later than 12:00 PM the following day.
Cancellation with a cancellation fee:
Both contracting parties can withdraw from the contract no later than one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest. In this case, however, a cancellation fee amounting to the room price for three days must be paid. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party within this period.
Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered rooms or the board services, they are still obliged to pay the fee. The accommodation provider must, however, deduct what they have saved by not having to provide the service (20% of the room price) or what they have received by re-renting the room. There is an obligation to mitigate damages. The accommodation provider must make an effort to re-rent the rooms that were not used.

Most routes converge in Ulm and continue on the A 7.
At the Allgäu motorway triangle, take the section of the A 980 to the Waltenhofen junction and follow the four-lane federal road 19 via Sonthofen and Oberstdorf into Kleinwalsertal.
You do not need a motorway vignette for the drive into the valley.
Arrival by train:
For those arriving by train, the destination station is Oberrstdorf in the Allgäu, 10 km away.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub
Das Haus ist absolut sauber.
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und man kann jeden Tag zu neuen aufgregenden Touren starten.
Wir waren als Familie mit Hund da und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Wir bedanken uns bei Familie Schwarz auf´s herzlichste für die tolle Auszeit.
Die Wohnung war für uns genau richtig, mit zwei Schlafräumen mit jeweils einem eigenen Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche.
Der Wohn-Essbereich hatte eine Bank, einen Esstisch mit Stühlen und wer’s braucht auch ein TV.
In der Küche gab es Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd, Wasserkocher usw. Eine schöne Terrasse ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung war sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und herzlich.
Riezlern und das Kleinwalsertal bieten einige schöne Wanderungen oder Aktivitäten.
Vor der Wohnung an der Straße fährt ein Bus, mit der Gästekarte gratis (bis zur Grenze vor Oberstdorf).
Empfehlungen: Breitachklamm, Söllereck Sommerrodelbahn,
Skiflugschanze Oberstdorf und der Freibergsee, und natürlich die vielen Berge und Gipfel.
Zum Abendessen oder eine Brotzeit oder Erfrischung empfehlen wir Max Hütte, Bex Restaurant (!!), Neue Poststuben, obere Alpe Bierenwang, Alpe Schrattenwang, Riezler Hof…
