The holiday apartment was completed in June 2023 and is located on the island of Vir, accessible via a bridge, near Zadar. It offers enough space for the whole family on its 65mÂ². There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additionally, there is the option of an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room, allowing up to 6 people to stay. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine, plus an additional guest toilet. Furthermore, there's an open kitchen. The balcony is perfect for a cozy breakfast. However, the highlight is the 60mÂ² roof terrace that invites you to sunbathe. To cool off in the sea, it's only 60m away. For the cooler months, there is a pellet stove in the living room. In front of the house, there is a parking space for your car.

Charming holiday apartment close to the beach with a huge 60 sqm rooftop terrace. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additional sleeping option on the sofa bed in the living room. All rooms are equipped with fly screens and air conditioning. Bathroom and separate toilet.

Comment s'y rendre

Arrival is convenient by car. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge. Parking is available in front of the house. There is also the option to fly to Zadar and then take a taxi or bus to Vir. The bus runs every 3 hours during the day. A Flixbus also stops on the island once a day.

Dieses Apartement ist perfekt. Es bietet alles für einen schönen Urlaub.
Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die Willkommensgeschenke.
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist super, nahe am Meer.
Die großzügige, teils überdachte Terrasse, ist nach dem Schwimmen im Meer ideal zum Liegen in der Sonne oder im Schatten und abends zum Grillen.
Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort, sind rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Der Vermieter meldet sich kurzfristig bei Fragen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super.
