Description

The Apartmenthas two doublebed bedrooms for 4 people, one bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with dining room (there is a sofa that can be converted to a bed in which 1 person can spend the night). The apartment has a TV / SAT, internet (WLAN), air conditioning, balcony and all necessary equipment (bed linen and towels, cleaning products, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob with two cooking surface, dishes and cooking pots. Parking is in front of the House within the yard. Taxes, use of air conditioning, WLAN and cleaning of the apartment at the departure are included in the price. On request we can provide the use of a washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. Use of washing machine is additionally charged.

In the garden we have grill and playground for children. We have a cot. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. 30% deposit of the total price upon booking, rest of the price on arrival. Arrive from 14:00 clock, departure till 10:00 clock.

We are 5 Minut (2 km) by car travel far from the ferry port Lopar (Lopar-Valbiska island of Krk) and 20 Minut (20 km) by car ravel far from Mišnjak Ferry (Mišnjak Island Rab - Stinica land).

Sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Vermieter. Sauber und top ausgestattetes Apartment. Ruhig und trotzdem zentrumsnah. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Appartement Nr. 2 war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Lage hat uns gefallen, denn der schöne Strand ist nur ca. 100m - die Straße runter - entfernt. Ruza und Ivan Jakuc waren zudem sehr nette Gastgeber und standen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr freundliche herzliche Vermieter, angenehme Atmosphäre , kurzen Weg zum Strand -3 Minuten - ruhige Lage. Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet , es fehlt an nichts .
