In case something unforeseen occurs and you are unable to start your trip, the following conditions apply with us:
Your booking is only confirmed after receiving a deposit (booking guarantee) of 30% of the total amount.
The deposit (booking guarantee) will be retained by the landlord as compensation if the holiday is not commenced.
From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will additionally charge 3 days of the travel price.
Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price including the deposit.
If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, or in case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price, regardless of whether the apartment can be rented out during the affected period.
