Description
The Kutscherstube enjoys beautiful views of the farmyard garden, the forest and the meadows. There's a little kitchen with convenient fixtures and fittings. The quarried stone wall and the brick walls in the living/dining room are great to look at. The windows offer views out into the lush countryside and the farmyard garden. An additional double sofa bed is available. The entrance features a ramp so that guests with walkers and wheelchairs can stay here too. The bathroom is barrier-free and comes equipped with a shower and toilet. The additional stove in the living room gives off a cosy warmth. The living room/kitchen features two sofas with a small table in the middle. Look out through the large windows to see the lush surrounding countryside. Cots or a travel cot are available for kids.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen, wir Großeltern mit Tochter und Schwiegersohn und den zwei Enkelkindern (5 und 7) zwei Wochen von Mitte bis Ende Oktober in der wunderschönen Villa Alkyoni. Die traumhaft schöne Lage wurde uns erst vor Ort deutlich. Von Sonnenstrahlen geweckt, dufteten die Kräuter der wilden Landschaft, ein paar Ziegen liefen im Olivenhain, der unverstellte Ausblick auf die aufgehende Sonne über dem blauen Meer: Ein griechischer Traum! Und dann erst der große, extra für unsere kleinen Kinder besonders warme Pool. Ein Luxus, der im Herbst in Griechenland wirklich selten ist. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, Die Gestaltung allgemein, die super bequemen Boxspringbetten, Lampen, Elektrogeräte … alles top! ***** Auch die Lage ist besonders, wenige Kilometer nach Lindos mit der Akropolis und den verwinkelten Gassen und in die andere Richtung nach Pefkos, das super klare Meer lädt noch Ende Oktober mit 23 bis 26 Grad zum Baden ein. Die verschiedenen Restaurants mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der große Supermarkt wenige Kilometern entfernt hinter dem Ort Vlicha erfüllt alle Wünsche. Wir verreisen mehrmals im Jahr, u. a. seit vielen Jahren auf griechische Inseln, aber dieses Haus war mit Abstand das schönste „Zuhause“, was wir in Griechenland genießen durften. Der Dank gilt auch den Helfern vor Ort, den beiden super freundlichen Damen, die mehrmals in der Woche für Sauberkeit sorgten, frische Handtücher etc. brachten, dem Poolfachmann, dem Kontakt vor Ort (Liebe Grüße an Maria). Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht natürlich an Sie, Frau Kirmaier, für die individuelle super freundliche Betreuung und die beratenden Telefongespräche. Wir werden uns sicher wieder an Sie wenden, wenn wir Sehnsucht nach Griechenland haben!!!
Wunderbares Ambiente, Wohnung mit einigen 'Genusshemmern'
Im Vorfeld sehr netter und unterstützender Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Das alte Forstamt ist ein wunderschönes ländliches Anwesen am Waldrand. Geschmackvoll-rustikal eingerichtete Wohnung, nettes Schlafzimmerchen, schönes Bad, allerdings direkt (Schiebetür) von der kleinen Küche ausgehend, von dieser und vom Wohnzimmer nicht gänzlich abgeschlossen; Rücksichtnahme gefragt. Im Wohnzimmer nur ein kleines Fenster und (auch in der Küche) kaum Tageslicht. S e h r schade, selbst bei schönstem Wetter geht's nicht ohne elektrisches Licht . Vielleicht zu vernachlässigen, wenn man sich überwiegend draußen aufhalten (auch frühstücken) kann/unterwegs ist, aber wir finden das ein Minus an Gemütlichkeit. Der Hühnerstall grenzt an's Wohnzimmer; wer dort schläft (Schlafcouch), muss den Hahn mögen...
