Magnolia is modern furnished apartment in a family house. The entire first floor of the house is at guests disposal, that is consists of a two bedrooms (one with double beds and another with 2 single beds), bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen , dining area, living room and wonderful balcony that is the perfect chill out area.

We enjoyed our stay at apartment Magnolia in summer 2024. The apartment is well equipped and beautiful decorated. The air-condition is working very well. Theo and Matija are very friendly and taking care of the wellbeing of their guests. They provided tips what to visit and where to go to dinner. We really recommend appartement Magnolia.

wir können uns unseren Vorgängern nur anschließen, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und hat eine gute Lage, perfekt für 2-4Personen . Kein Verkehrslärm und zum Baden muss man gerade mal 5 Minuten laufen. Um die Ecke hat, man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheke etc. kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Matija & Teo sind super nett und und erkundigten sich regelmäßig , ob wir zufrieden sind und ob etwas fehlt. Sie versorgten uns mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Durch die vorhandene Waschmaschine kann man wirklich mit leichtem Gepäck anreisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermärkte, Bars und auch das Meer sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr darauf bedacht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Zu den Krka Wasserfällen oder Sibenik sind es ca. 70 Km, nach Zadar ca. 10 Km. Wer einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist bei Familie Rodin Petani sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir haben für den September nochmals gebucht und freuen uns drauf!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause, da bei der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Einbahnstraße, fußläufig gibt es mehrere Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Zum Hafen/Strand/Hauptplatz mit vielen Restaurants und Bars sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten.
Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von unseren sehr netten Vermietern in Empfang genommen, die uns die Wohnung zeigten und und mit den ersten Ausflugstipps versorgten. .
Insgesamt war der Urlaub und speziell die Unterkunft sehr schön und wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.
Noch einmal vielen lieben Dank für die wundervollen Tage und die herzliche Betreuung.

Die Wohnung ist richtig schön, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Man ist sehr schnell in Zadar und auch andere Tagesausflüge sind von dort möglich. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung daher nur weiterempfehlen.
