Our sunny 2-room apartment is located in a quiet yet central location (5 minutes walk to the center) in the green villa district of Meran. The spacious and elegant apartment offers every comfort for 2 to 3 people and is also suitable for a longer stay. It has been newly renovated and is tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture and artistic paintings.
The living space consists of a separate kitchen with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a beautiful dining area. In the living room, you will find a designer sofa bed (160 x 200), armchair, a large LCD TV, an elegant dining area, and in the bedroom a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) with two orthopedic mattresses and a large, bright wardrobe.

Ideale Wohnung für Stadtbesuch und auch für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung von Meran
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung, Ausstattung, Lage, alles so, wie beschrieben. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke, Stadtbus-Haltestelle ganz in der Nähe, aber auch zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Herzlichen Dank an Frau Pauletti und auch an Frau Rossi, welche uns über alles Wissenswerte bestens informiert hat. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Meran kommen, dann gerne wieder in die Fe Wo Maia!!!
