The apartment is very comfortably and tastefully furnished and has a sunny loggia.
Our fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area leaves nothing to be desired and has all the cooking and kitchen utensils you need to prepare a wonderful meal.
Two beautiful bedrooms, one with access to the loggia, and two bathrooms round off the amenities of our modern apartment, where you can relax and unwind to your heart's content.

All prices are quoted in EURO, unless otherwise stated. The booking is binding immediately, regardless of how the order is placed. If the tenant's offer is accepted by DFA (after sending the signed offer or the signed booking), DFA will send a confirmation and the rental price will be charged in one or two installments according to the following.
For bookings (conclusion of contract) more than 38 days before arrival:
1st installment (30%) payment received 8 days after receipt of booking;
2nd installment (70%) payment received 30 days before the start of the rental period.
For bookings 38 - 00 days before arrival:
Full installment (100%) Receipt of payment 3 days after receipt of booking but always before the guest's arrival.
If the payment deadlines are not met, this will be regarded as non-fulfillment and DFA is entitled to terminate the existing rental contract without notice. DFA will nevertheless try as far as possible to inform the tenant before termination. Termination of the rental agreement for this reason does not release the tenant from the obligation to pay the rent in accordance with the conditions described below.

Payment must be made by bank transfer.
Substitute persons, withdrawal, rebooking, no-show:
Cancellation can only be made in text form and is only effective upon receipt by DFA.
If a booking is canceled, the following fees will be charged. However, you are at liberty to prove that the damage incurred by us as a result is lower or has not been incurred at all. From booking up to 42 days before the start of the rental period free of charge, from 41 and up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the total rental amount, from 29 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental amount.
If DFA does not receive a cancellation in text form, 100% of the total rental amount shall be forfeited, even if the rented vacation property is not occupied. However, you are at liberty to prove that the damage incurred by us as a result is lower or has not occurred at all.
If the vacation property is rented out to another party and at the full price, the aforementioned fees can be reduced to an amount of EURO 50.00. If the vacation property cannot be re-let or if the vacation property is not re-let at the full price, the aforementioned fees shall apply.
The separation of the mentioned days takes place in the preceding midnight.
If the renter can use another renter in his place for the same period and at the same price, DFA will accept a change of name for a fee of EURO 50.00. DFA must receive notification of this in text form.
DFA accepts, as far as possible, a rebooking of the original rental contract up to the 38th day before the start of the rental period for a fee of EURO 50.00. Any rebooking of the original rental contract from and including the 38th day before the start of the rental period and thereafter shall be considered a cancellation (in accordance with the aforementioned conditions) with subsequent rebooking.

Spätsommer-Urlaub mit Ausblick
wir kommen gerne wieder..
Entspannend, erholsam
Genauso haben wir es in der sehr geschmackvollen Ferienwohnung '"Meermarie" erlebt und unsere Urlaubstage unbeschwert genossen.
Die Buchung klappte schnell und reibungslos und schon der erste Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, was heute leider nicht immer der Fall ist.
Mein Mann und ich haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung - mit ihrem durchdachten Raumkonzept und in der es an nichts fehlt, von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Fazit: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sterne und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ?
Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und den Komfort der Ferienwohnung genossen: Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage einfach perfekt. Auch die Buchung klappte mit der netten Vermieterin reibungslos.
Fazit: Wir kommen zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr gerne wieder ?!
Die Wohnung liegt am letzten Zipfel der Straße, daher hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die See und Hafeneinfahrt.
Auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken war einfach klasse. Aber auch in dem offenen gestalteten Wohnbereich ist genug Platz zum Kochen und Entspannen.
Zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand und mit dem Fahrrad kommt man morgens in ein paar Minuten zum Bäcker und Supermarkt.
Die Landschaft ist perfekt für Fahrradtouren oder Wanderungen und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten die Natur, Kultur und Region kennenzulernen.
Der Spa Bereich war bei unserem Besuch leider noch nicht fertiggestellt aber wir kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder für eine entspannte Auszeit!
