The apartment on the second floor of the vacation home faces the rear and offers absolute peace and quiet for two people. The furnishings offer everything you need for a feel-good stay: A box-spring bed with a comfortable mattress, closet, table with three chairs, TV as well as a separate daylight bathroom that provides a fresh breeze of well-being. You can enjoy your time out in the open air on a large balcony with a view of the lake (the balcony is shared by two other apartments). So: get outside!
This is how a vacation tastes: the pantry kitchen offers enough space to conjure up small treats. A Senseo coffee machine is available for preparing the Germans' favorite drink and the kitchen is also well equipped in other respects.
Free parking is available along the street and there is also secure parking for bicycles - in a double garage in front of the house.

Sehr gelungen
Das Haus liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße, aber das Apartment liegt nach hinten raus, so das man den Verkehr nicht hört. Auf jeden Fall sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, denn es müssen 72 Stufen hochgestiegen werden, dafür hat man aber vom Balkon einen Blick auf den Bodensee. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Klein aber fein
Zu bemängeln sind fehlende Parkmöglichkeiten für die Gäste der Ferienwohnungen. Vor dem Haus befindet sich zwar ein öffentlicher Parkstreifen, dieser kann jedoch von jedem genutzt werden, sodass die Autos der Gäste dort manchmal keinen Platz finden.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Wer jedoch größere Gerichte zaubern möchte, wird sich mit der vorhandenen Küchenzeile etwas schwer tun. Auch das Badezimmer ist klein gehalten.
Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit, sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag, in ruhiger Atmosphäre zu entspannen und den Abend auf dem Balkon ausklingen zu lassen.

vielen Dank für Ihre fundierte Bewertung. Aufgrund der Platzverhältnisse ist eine Couch und eine komplett ausgestattete Küchenzeile nicht integrierbar. Dann würde die Fewo "Seeperle" oder "Seepferdchen" im gleichen Haus Ihren Wünschen besser entsprechen.
