Description
It is the relaxed atmosphere of warm summer days that dominates this 3-room apartment in a quiet residential area. White and turquoise tones give the large, open-plan living and dining room a summery beach look. Guests can stretch out comfortably on the cozy white sofa and snuggle into the cushions. Or watch the latest news, sport and their favorite TV series. You can also get together, eat together and look out over the lake at the central dining table. Right next to it is the well-equipped kitchen, which is perfect for cooking and baking. And you have plenty of time afterwards, as the dishwasher does the washing up.
With lots of white and a warm wooden floor, the bedroom with double bed also has a casual feel, especially as there is a door with direct access to the terrace. In the neighboring room, two more guests can enjoy a good night's sleep in a 140 cm bed. Opposite is the bathroom, where natural tones play the leading role and a shower integrated into the bathtub invites you to refresh and relax.
By the way: if you take a seat on this large balcony and enjoy the view of the lake and nature, you can feel that moments of happiness last a little longer here.
There is a parking space in the garage for cars and a bicycle storage room for bicycles. Limited elevator access.

Ganz herzlichen Dank für diese 5-Sterne-Bewertung.
Der tolle Ausblick auf See und Berge hat hoffentlich entschädigt für die Stufen bis hinauf in den 3. Stock. Man kann ja den Fahrstuhl nehmen, der allerdings nur bis ganz oben fährt, so dass man zwei Stockwerke hinuntergehen müsste.

Osterurlaub mit Mann und Schwester
Küche: Die beste Küche, die wir jemals in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt haben. Äußerst gut mit Küchengerätschaften aller Art eingerichtet.
Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Bodensee. Balkon teilüberdacht (ist für Outdoor-Raucher bei Regen sehr angenehm).
Einziger zu beachtender Schwierigkeitsgrad: Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Man muss topfit sein. Entweder mit dem Fahrstuhl in den 5. Stock und 2 Stockwerke wieder nach unten. Oder von der Garage (Erdgeschoss) 3 Stockwerke nach oben.
Die Betreuungsagentur vor Ort, Marx managt, ist absolut professionell, die Betreuung bei An- und Abreise ist für gestresste Leute, die Urlaub dringend nötig haben, sehr entspannend.

Große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Hat alles gepasst.
Verbesserungswürdig ist der Schlüsselempfang und -Rückgabe in Überlingen, wer aus Richtung Lindau an- und abreist, muss jeweils 15 Kilometer in die andere Richtung fahren.
