If the hirer cancels the contract and no other rental is possible, Yachthafen Barth Ferienvermietung GmbH is entitled to compensation according to the following scale:
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period - free of charge
from 29 days before the start of the rental period - 50 % of the rental price
from 14 days before the start of the rental period - 90 % of the rental price
Cancellation within 1 day before the start of the rental period or in the event of a no-show - 100% of the rental price
The amount of the aforementioned flat-rate cancellation costs takes into account the average expenditure saved and the usual possible alternative use of the booked services. The lessee reserves the right to provide evidence of lower damages. The cancellation must be made in writing to Yachthafen Barth Ferienvermietung GmbH. Irrespective of this, a cancellation fee of € 20.00 is due. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the hirer is not entitled to a refund of any part of the hire charge.
