This exclusive garden apartment with separate garden entrance and surrounding hedge is in a prime location—directly opposite the spa gardens, in the front row to the Baltic Sea. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities are nearby and within easy walking distance.

Every detail is harmoniously coordinated and adds maritime accents. Each room contains references to the Baltic Sea and the region, and each room has its own special highlights. In the living area, an electric fireplace creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. In the bedroom, a charming little library with a desk invites you to relax – with a fine selection of books from various genres, from children's books, feel-good novels and crime novels to classical and English literature. A spacious and comfortable bed guarantees a restful night's sleep, while an elegant lamp with an integrated fan provides pleasant freshness on request.

Three artistic murals in the bedroom, living area, and hallway create particularly atmospheric eye-catchers—also paying homage to the beautiful island of Rügen.

The luxurious bathroom is fitted with floor-to-ceiling Italian marble and features state-of-the-art amenities. A washing machine is of course available for small loads of laundry. A charging station for bicycles is located on the rear terrace. You can charge your electric car at the guest house.

You can conveniently park your vehicle in a designated outdoor parking space at the rear of the house. Alternatively, you can reserve an underground parking space approximately 300 meters from the house when you make your booking.
