Our holiday apartment A4+1 is designed for 4-5 people. It consists of two separate bedrooms (one double bedroom and one triple bedroom), a kitchen with access to a large private terrace, bathroom, 2 X satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet throughout the house and pool area. Relax by the magnificent swimming pool, and a grill is also available for your use.
The apartment has just been newly renovated for the 2023 season.

From Kopar towards Pula/Porec (Croatia), border crossing Kastel, highway exit Porec Nord (Nova Vas), at the 1st roundabout turn left towards Porec, at the 2nd roundabout go straight towards Porec, after about 200 m take the first left into the district of Vranici (for orientation, on the right side there is a kiosk and bakery) and after about 50 m turn left again (you will receive the exact address with the booking confirmation).

If you can't find us right away, just call and we will come to you.

Nearby airports are Pula (about 60 km) and Trieste (about 100 km).

Die Wohnung war sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts, sie war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Anton der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und hat nicht nur den Kindern gefallen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen und wir werden definitiv nochmal wiederkommen. Danke Anton für die tolle Zeit bei Euch .

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame und schöne Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Schon die Kommunikation vorab mit den Gastgebern lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Der Empfang der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich, man fühlte sich gleich willkommen und das ganze wirkte sehr familiär. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Highlight für die Kinder war natürlich der Gemeinschaftspool, der von schönen Obstbäumen und Pflanzen umgeben ist. Sogar eine Außendusche ist vorhanden. Auch die Lage ist ideal. Supermarkt, kleiner Imbiss und Bäckerei sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Größere Supermärkte wie z.B. Lidl oder Kaufland nur etwas 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto. Ein schöner Strand und die Altstadt von Porec sind auch schnell erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich von Anton und Ema in Empfang genommen. Parken konnten wir gleich auf den hauseigenen Parkplätzen. Unser Apartment ist frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Anton hat uns all unsere Wünsche bis ins Detail und darüber hinaus erfüllt. Unsere Kinder fühlten sich am wunderschönen Pool sehr wohl. Nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder!

Leider sind die Möbel schon etwas abgewohnt, in den Schränken fehlten Einlegeböden, die Küche war nicht besonders sauber, die Türen klemmten z.T - die Kaffemaschine war schmutzig und funktionierte auch nicht...wurde aber nach Reklamation zügig ausgetauscht - insgesamt ist es muffig - das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und um die Ecke findet man alles was man braucht zu essen...lecker Bäcker - leider hört man die Umgehungsstraße ziemlich laut...je nach Windrichtung...bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen war leider nicht möglich - der Pool war sehr schön und kühl - der Vater des Vermieters ist sehr nett und bemüht- wir würden die Wohnung für den Preis ein zweites mal nicht mehr buchen, da wir uns laut der Beschreibung etwas anderes vorgestellt hatten.

Wir möchten uns bei der gesamten Familie Bosnjak bedanken. Wir waren das erste Mal in Porec und es war wunderschön. Wir hatten die Fewo A4+1 und waren 4 Personen. Die Fewo war vollkommen ausreichend und sauber. Den Mädels hat natürlich der Pool gefallen. Wir haben uns die 14 Tage wohlgefühlt. Die Familie Bosnjak sind super nette Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas fehlte müsste man nur fragen und schon war es vorhanden.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage, Anton und seine Frau sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie sprechen sehr gut deutsch und kümmern sich liebevoll um Alles. Buchung und Bezahlung einfach und unkompliziert. Sehr zu Empfehlen! Wir fühlen uns pudelwohl, haben schon den nächsten Urlaub gebucht.

Wir waren 2 Wochen als Familie bei Familie Bosnjak als Gäste. Das Appartment war für uns groß genug ( 2 Schlafzimmer ,Küche ,Bad ) und eine Riesengroße Terrasse mit Tisch,Stühlen,Hollywoodschaukel und Liegen ! Super Pool ! Familie Bosnjak,das sind Sohn Oliver,Vater Anton und Mutter Emmi,sind wie Freunde zu den Gästen!!! Bsp: Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Auto.Vater Anton gefragt,ob er Werkzeug hat für mich.Kaum ausgesprochen hatte ich alles was ich brauchte.Oder wir hatten eine Hose auf der Leine zum Trocknen und waren unterwegs,als es mächtig angefangen hat zu Regnen.Wir kamen nachhause und unsere Hose war fein säuberlich abgenommen worden und hat keinen einzigen Tropfen abbekommen.Das sind so Sachen,da denkt man wirklich,man hat seine besten Freunde mit in den Urlaub genommen ! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
