This 240 m² luxury apartment has 6 rooms in a prime location!
Right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand is the so-called "Beach Loft", which is equipped for up to 6 people. The apartment was completely refurnished in 2017 and is located on the 1st floor of the house. An elevator takes you comfortably to your vacation home to feel good!

The living room is furnished with a large living area and a large flat screen TV. From the living room you have access to two balconies facing south-west. From the living room you can also reach another balcony, which faces north-east.
From the dining area you have wonderful access to the large roof terrace and the open kitchen.
This is very modern. You will find a cooking island with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also has a washing machine and a dryer for you, both of which you can use free of charge.

Your personal "Beach Loft" has three balconies (2 facing south-west and one facing north-east). Want to enjoy hours of sunshine or just watch the hustle and bustle of the center? Then you've come to the right place.

This beautiful apartment has three spacious bedrooms. From the "master bedroom" you can use a walk-in closet as a special highlight. You can also turn on the existing flat-screen TV after a long walk to watch a great crime thriller. Of course there are bedside cabinets and you have personal access to the breathtaking roof terrace!
In the second bedroom you also have a double bed and a well-maintained flat-screen TV. After your long journey you can fill the wardrobe with your favorite holiday clothes, and two small bedside cabinets have also been placed there. Here you have access to one of the balconies.
Of course there is also a comfortable double bed in the third bedroom, and you can also use the flat-screen TV. There are small bedside tables in the room for you to store your personal valuables.
The bedrooms are all fitted with beige carpeting.
All three bedrooms can be darkened with external blinds and the beds each have 2 single mattresses 90 x 200 cm with a continuous topper.

The beautiful holiday apartment is equipped with two spacious bathrooms. The large bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a double vanity unit. You can also use a towel radiator and a toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a towel radiator.

As a special highlight, the apartment has a so-called "lounge". A piece of sports equipment and a table football table for hours of fun are available for you! Have a good time and enjoy the time together, so the apartment has plenty to offer even in the low season.

The prices quoted are for an occupancy of up to 4 people.
The fifth and sixth person are charged an extra €25 per night!

A household package is available to you free of charge in this apartment.
A Trip Trap high chair and two travel cots are available in the apartment.

Two garages (width: 2.35 m, height: 1.90 m) are available on the property for your cars. The arrival is via Poststrasse.
