In the heart of the island of Krk lies a charming holiday apartment located on the ground floor of a carefully restored traditional stone house, built in 1890. This authentic house, surrounded by local charm, combines historical heritage with modern comfort. It is only 2500 meters from the sea, providing quick access to the coast while maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the summer crowds.
The apartment is set on a 400 m² property, where you will find a picturesque garden featuring a more than 100-year-old olive tree. On the spacious private terrace, there is a dining table for six, perfect for family lunches or dinners outdoors. For complete relaxation, guests can enjoy a private heated pool measuring 18 m², surrounded by comfortable loungers and equipped with an outdoor shower. Barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the opportunity to prepare meals on the spacious grill in the garden. Shaded parking for two vehicles is provided, shared with the owners who occasionally use the upper floor of the house only on weekends.
The interior of the apartment, covering 65 m², is furnished in line with coastal traditions and adapted to modern needs. You enter through a beautiful arched stone entrance, perfect for your morning coffee, reading a book, or playing darts. From this area, you can access the first bedroom, which includes a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fan – ideal for relaxing in a cozy setting.
The main living area is open-plan, combining a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a dining area for six, and a living room with a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for two. The space is bright, air-conditioned, and furnished with modern furniture to ensure comfort and functionality. In the adjacent room, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.

Toller Urlaub
Haben dieses wunderschöne Steinhaus für unsere Familie gemietet und eine herrliche Woche gehabt. Uriges Ambiente mixt mit moderner Renovierung. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Die Temperatur war top. Absolute Empfehlung auf der schönen Insel Krk.
Nicht empfehlenswert
Wir waren 12 Nächte als Familie hier...und unser Fazit lautet: Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen oder gar weiterempfehlen. Grund: Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. In allen Ecken lagen tote Insekten (Spinnennetzte, die über Wochen und Monate nicht entfernt wurden). Es gab leider auch keinen Staubsauger. Den bekamen wir erst nach 6 Tagen. Kühlschrank und Ofen waren auch nicht sauber. Ebenso die Toilette. Ich habe erstmal Putzmittel gekauft und selber losgelegt. In dem Nebenraum gab es keine ordentliche Klima. Es stand ein Dyson Kühlsystem drin, was aber nichts gebracht hat. In diesem Raum zu schlafen war nicht möglich. Die Temperatur lag bei fast 30 Grad und lüften hat auch nichts gebracht. Klimaanlage wurde nachgeliefert (sehr laut, aber kühl). Fazit: wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht.

Die Vermieter waren nur an den Wochenenden da, bzw. am Übergangswochenende nur sehr kurz, um den Pool zu reinigen, dadurch hatten wir zwei Wochen das Haus inklusive Pool nur für uns.
Pool, Haus, alles top sauber, gepflegt.
Die Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie, die Insel Krk nur zu empfehlen, wir haben wunderschöne Orte gesehen und eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

Alles wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es gab ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und sogar noch ein Geschenk zur Abrreise.
Es war unser erster Urlaub mit unserer kleinen Tochter (7 Monate alt), es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Sogar unsere Hündin, die auch Willkommen war, wurde gesorgt (es gab zur Ankunft und zur Abreise Leckerlis).
Wer also eine Ferienwohnung sucht, wo auch die Lieblingsvierbeiner erlaubt sind, ist hier genau richtig.
Natürlich auch ohne Hund ein Traum!

Einfach Traumhaft, Danke!
Herzlich wurden wir von Familie Plevnik empfangen und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. In der tollen Ferienwohnung mit schönem Garten, Sommerküche mit Grill und herrlichem Pool hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (der Strand in Risika ist unser Favorit) und ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche ... zum Abschied gab es ein kleines Geschenk ... nochmals vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung wärmstens.
