Description

The interior of the two-story house surprises with its modern and bright style. The living room, dining room and kitchen occupy the same practical and functional space where you can watch satellite TV, enjoy family meals and cook on the ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the main floor. Upstairs, there are the 3 bedrooms, all with air coniditioning: the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower; another bedroom with twin beds and the last one with a trundle bed. The first floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the house is equipped with oil central heating as well as a cot and a high chair for your baby.

After a day full of activities, nothing better than a relaxing swim in the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3.5 and has a depth between 1.5 and 1.7 meters. The surrounding garden is perfect for sunbathing on sunbeds. Then, the porch next to the house is your meeting place to share a delicious barbecue or a drink watching the wonderful sunset over the island. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
Pets are not allowed.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
