My holiday apartment is located in the beautiful Dobbenviertel in the heart of Oldenburg.
The State Theater and the city centre are just around the corner. The apartment has a separate entrance, a key safe, and everything you could wish for. The individual furnishings are truly distinctive. A relaxed vintage style featuring old sea chests, East Frisian sofas, original advertising signs, and unique collectibles – combined with modern comfort – is what makes “the basement” so special.

You can park for free in the yard right next to the apartment. The apartment is also fully equipped for families with children – including a high chair, toys, a scooter, children’s books, and family films.

From there, take bus 308, 313, 314, or 350 to the Herbartstrasse stop.
Then walk 200 metres down the street until you see the little green parasol in the front garden.
By car, take the Marschweg exit. Continue straight ahead until the T intersection. Then take a right and the next right again. This is Herbartstrasse. Continue until you see the little green parasol on the right-hand side.
Or...
By car, take the Haarentor exit. Turn left. Continue straight ahead until Herbartstrasse appears on the right (just before the end of the street). Continue until you see the red 1950s-style garden chairs in the small front garden on the right.

Hier lässt´s sich gut leben
Es ist einfach alles da und dazu noch liebevoll präsentiert. Lesestoff gibt es ausreichend, interessant und vielseitig.
Die Fahrräder sind super und durch die Blumengirlanden am Lenker schnell zu finden, auf jedem "Radparkplatz" in der Stadt.
Es war wunderbar, ganz ganz herzlichen Dank für ALLES Katharina, wir kommen gerne wieder :)
