With us, your children can frolic and you can relax in a lounge chair - the large garden has plenty of hidden corners and options for retreat.
Because we don't smoke and like to rent to families with children, we don't want any smoking in the apartment. There is an ashtray in the garden for smokers.

The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation, the owner will charge damages, as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival 10% of the rental price
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival 30% of the rental price
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before arrival 60% of the rental price.
Cancellation 21 days to 14 days before arrival 90% of the rental price.
Later than 14 days before arrival 100% of the rental price.
The tenant is responsible for the evidence that the damage did not occur or was significantly less than the flat fee.
The tenant has the right to find a replacement tenant who will take over the rental apartment in its full scope. There may be a processing fee of 50.00 EUR charged. And there's no cancellation fee.

Nette Gastgeber, obwohl im Haus wohnend, kaum zu merken, auch wenn es bei uns mal etwas lauter wurde
Der Garten läd zu gemütlichen Abenden ein, auch dort alles was (Kinder-) Herzen hochschlagen lässt, Trampolin, Spielecke, Himmelsschaukel.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Es ist alles super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Garten kann man herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen.
Im Wohnraum finden bis zu 15 Personen Platz an den großen Esstischen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in dieser schönen, hellen Fewo und dem tollen Garten
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, Steinhuder Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10-15 Min entfernt. Wir waren mit 6 Erw. und 2 Kindern dort, die zwei Durchgangszimmer stellten für uns kein Problem dar
Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem, wilden Garten
Sehr schöne und naturnahe Lage
Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen für Grossfamilien. Es gibt ausreichend Platz innen und auch aussen.
Das Ehepaar Bettien war sehr zuvorkommend.
Wir denken gern an diese Zeit zurück.

Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit unseren Kindern
Jeden Abend haben wir den Kamin genossen. Es war sehr schön. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine Mikrowelle und ein Gefrierfach. Lösungen haben wir trotz allem gefunden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Liebe Grüße!!
PS: Das Himmelbett knarrt sehr stark. Sind häufiger wach geworden. Vielleicht kann man dies für die weiteren Gäste beheben. Weil die Wohnung ist echt SCHÖÖÖÖÖÖNNNNN!!!!!
