The “Tirol” apartment is furnished in true alpine style. Each room tells its own story, adding to the distinctive ambience. It may be small, but the 30 m2 apartment is perfectly appointed and offers a cosy space for 2-4 people.
The Apartment has a completely furnished eat-in kitchen, a spacey living room with a comfortable seating corner and a flatscreen tv, a romantic bedroom with a second flatscreen tv, and a bathroom with shower. A generous wardrobe area provides additional storage space.
We are confident to offer you the ideal conditions for a perfect holiday.
You are welcome to use the sunny garden, explicitly reserved for our guests. You can relax shaded by fruit trees and enjoy the tranquility and the views of the surrounding mountains.

Your Arrival via Airplane You prefer flying? We recommend you to fly to the Airport of Innsbruck. When you have arrived in Innsbruck it takes you about 20 minutes until you´re in Telfes.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung TIROL bei Familie Pircher-Maes. Es fehlt an nichts , die Wohnungen sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Brötchenservice wird angeboten , um die Ecke ist ein Spar Markt , dort bekommt man alles an Lebensmitteln. Da wir Skifahrer sind ist die Lage der Wohnung perfekt . Der Skibuss hält 2 geh Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten an der Talstation Schlick 2000
Wunderbare und top eingerichtete Wohnung
Sehr sauber, neu renoviert und mit viel Charme eingerichtet, vollständig und sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, privat nutzbarer Naturgarten, zuvorkommendes und liebenswürdiges Vermieterehepaar.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Wohnung. Alles .vorhanden. Für Skifahrer gibt es vor der Türe Ablage Möglichkeiten und Stiefelwärmer. Die Gegend ist wundervoll.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 3 Nächte im Winter zum Skifahren gebucht. Die Wohnung ist super schön, hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Für Skisachen gibt es vor der Tür eine Garderobe mit Schuhwärmer und Skiaufbewahrung.
Alles in allem fühlt man sich total wohl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wundervolle Tage in den Bergen
Wir wurden sehr warmherzig von der Familie Pircher-Maes empfangen. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Bei der Ausstattung des Appartements hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wir durften auch einen kleinen Garten mit nutzen, in dem wir uns nach unseren Wanderungen oft sonnten. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Umgebung ist ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Es gab einen tollen Brötchen Service und die Nutzung vom Garten mit Liegen und Sirzgruppe war optimal nach den Wanderungen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gemütlich, traditionell und trotzdem alles modern
Zurück im Alltag denken wir noch oft an die schöne, liebevoll gemütlich und funktional eingerichtete Wohnung in dem 400jahre altem Haus. Bei schönem Wetter lud der Garten mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus liegt ruhig im Dorf und trotzdem ist man schnell auf dem Gletscher, im Schwimmbad oder auch in Insbruck mit dem kleinen Zug. Frau Pircher-Maes war sehr nett, hatte viele wertvolle Tipps und stets ein offenes Ohr. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und Brötchen gibt es auch online zu bestellen. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell vorbei.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist Klasse da man schnell am Stubaier Gletscher und auch in Innsbruck ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Immer wieder eine Reise wert. Es war wirklich wunderbar.

Wir haben in der Wohnung tolle Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und romantisch. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man zum Urlauben braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.
