Large 5000 sqm lawn, followed by forest, table tennis, playground, grill, two bicycles and sleds in winter for free.
We have two apartments for 2-6 people. On the ground floor with 82 square meters with large terrace, gazebo, patio with arcades, beach chairs, barbecue. And on the first floor with 86 sqm, 3 x 4 m large terrace balcony with sitting area, sunbeds, barbecue. The house has been renovated and new apartments are comfortably furnished in country style. Satellite TV, fireplaces, wireless, wood ceilings, carpeting, washer, dryer, hair dryer, microwave etc.

Urlaubstraum mit Bergblick, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis
Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden vom Ehepaar Brunner mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sowohl der Ortskern von Berchtesgaden, wie auch Bischofswiesen sind mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. In den gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen kann man sich gut versorgen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen stehen Herr und Frau Brunner stets kompetent, beratend und hilfsbereit zur Verfügung.
Wir können die Villa Carissima wärmstens Weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf die nächste Erholung im Hause Brunner.

Sehr geräumig, picobello sauber und komplett ausgestattet, alles in einem Haus, das Geschichte atmet und wunderschön renoviert ist.
Traumhaft schön der Blick vom großen Balkon auf Watzmann & Co. Einfach ein tolles Haus.
Ein Dank an die äusserst netten und dennoch diskreten Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Empfehlung Einkauf: Sehr gut ausgestatteter Edeka in Bischofswiesen, Empfehlung Restaurant: "Hobelbank" im Hotel nebenan (reservieren!).
