Tucked away amidst a palm grove, our holiday apartment is accessible through the pedestrian beach zone and via the private driveway at the back of the property. Its elevated position on the slope of the cove ensures tranquility, security, and a unique panoramic view of the sea. You'll find a peaceful spot not only on one of the numerous sun terraces (all facing south) and in the lovingly landscaped garden, but also on the sandy beach, just a few steps away. The gently sloping shore makes Cala Romántica bay especially safe for family fun in the water.
As the evening sets in, the large barbecue area invites you to enjoy a long night by the fire.
Upon your arrival, you will find basic food items (salt, sugar, spices, etc.) provided. You are also welcome to communicate any individual requests to us.

If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding the flat rate) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:

- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 30 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
