If you cancel the holiday you booked with us, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee.
This cancellation fee applies up to 12 weeks before arrival, and amounts to 50 % of the rental price up to that date, and 90 % of the rental price thereafter.
It goes without saying that we will do our best to rent the property out to other guests in order to keep the economic damage to a minimum.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, toller Blick von der Terasse, Terasse mit Liegestühlen und Stühlen ausgestattet, sowie einem Sonnenschirm. Handtücher für Bad und Strand in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, Waschmaschine sehr sinnvoll und nützlich. Die Küche hat auch alles was man braucht. Da wir sehr spät angekommen sind, hatte Familie Arizmendi uns einen kleinen Snack bereitgstellt. Vielen Dank dafür. Bis im nächsten Jahr. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

A beautiful, huge terrace with sun loungers and comfortable plaids, the view of Costa Calma is simply magnificent.
All you need is in the house, from towels for the beach to the umbrella from the sun.
The hosts are very welcoming and ready to cooperate with you on any issues, speak all the convenient languages.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the number of dishes and glasses is just a lot.
There are even two coffee makers.
