Just 300 meters from the beach at Augustenhof, on the beautiful island of Als, this spacious holiday home offers excellent opportunities for swimming, surfing, and fishing. The 168 m² wooden house is ideally located near Nordborg Castle and Danfoss Universe, both worth a visit during your stay. After a day of exploration, the family can relax by the crackling wood stove in the cozy living area. The attractive pool area features a private swimming pool, a six-person whirlpool, and access to a sauna, perfect for fun and relaxation. The house has two bathrooms equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shower, and underfloor heating, while a climate-friendly heat pump ensures comfort throughout. The enclosed terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, making it ideal for enjoying sunny summer days. Children can play safely on the swings or in the sandbox while adults unwind. The living area includes a TV with Stofa channels, and the wood stove adds extra warmth on cooler evenings. Sleeping arrangements include a total of 12 beds, including two beds on the upper loft (hems), making it perfect for larger families or groups. Pets are welcome; please check in advance if bringing multiple animals. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
