This holiday home in Marielyst is ideal for the whole family. It is located just 800 m from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, stretching over 10 km along the east coast of Sydfalster. If you prefer to stay in, you can enjoy the spacious swimming pool, the hot tub, or the sauna. The large glass section in the living room allows you to keep an eye on the children in the pool while relaxing with a cup of coffee on the sofa. The interior is bright and welcoming, featuring a large sofa from which you can watch TV on the 55" IP television with unlimited channels or play Wii. There is also a table football game for some friendly competition, and a cozy reading corner for those who prefer to enjoy a good book. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, reading lamps, and wardrobes, while the well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare meals for the whole family. There are two good bathrooms with underfloor heating, and one is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The outdoor area features a private garden of almost 1,400 m² with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy a volleyball/badminton net, darts, a football goal, a sandbox, and a swing set. There are also two terraces: the southeast-facing terrace captures the morning sun, making it perfect for breakfast, while the southwest-facing terrace is covered and includes a stone oven fireplace/barbecue where you can relax in the sun for most of the day.
