Description

Cozy cottage in wilderness style on a magnificent view plot on the east side of Senja. Rich sea fishing in the fjord, freshwater fishing in salmon rivers. Magnificent views from the cottage and from the terrace towards the beautiful fjord landscape. The cottage was built in 2009 and has a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk bed. The cottage is decorated in wilderness style with pine paneling. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset in the evenings and the midnight sun on clear evenings and nights. In autumn and winter, the northern lights are a beautiful sight. Great starting point for hiking and trips by car. Visit the east side of Senja with magnificent landscapes and idyllic sandy beaches. From Botnhamn, a car ferry can be taken to Kvaløya and the Arctic city of Tromsø. Then drive the mainland road back and visit the Polar Zoo where Arctic animals can be experienced up close. 200 m to the fjord Stønnesbotn with rich sea fishing. 6 km to Lysbotnvassdraget with ascent of salmon, sea trout and sea trout. You need to purchase a fishing license in order to fish. Several fishing lakes in the area. Parking by the cottage, 30 m away, but please note there is a steep little hill up to the cottage. Bed linen must be brought.
