The property is situated in an attractive and scenic area near Løkken Syd, providing easy access to both the beach and the town of Løkken. The house sits on a spacious natural plot of approximately 1,980 m², offering plenty of space for outdoor activities and fun. The terrace provides both sunny and shaded areas, ensuring a comfortable spot at any time of day. In the evenings, the whole family can gather around the garden barbecue, while next to the house, a pétanque court adds an extra element of outdoor entertainment. Inside, the holiday home features an open-plan living room connected to the kitchen, with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine for added convenience. There are two bedrooms, as well as a glazed veranda where you can enjoy summer evenings for longer. A cot is also available for families with young children. For heating, the property is equipped with a climate-friendly heat pump and a pellet stove. Please note that only pellets may be used in the stove – regular firewood is not allowed.
