This traditional holiday cottage near Sdr Vorupor offers a cozy atmosphere and is well suited for a family holiday. Originally built in 1962, the house was renovated in the winter of 2022 with great care taken to preserve its authentic retro style from the 1960s. The result is a charming mix of vintage character and practical comfort. The cottage is situated on a hilly natural plot surrounded by large trees, creating both a sheltered and scenic setting. In the garden, four benches are placed so guests can enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings at different times of the day. Heating is provided by a wood burning stove and electric radiators, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. Inside, the open kitchen and living area serves as the heart of the house, furnished with a dining space and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, and refrigerator, while additional facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and freezer are found in the utility room, which is accessible from the glazed veranda. The two bedrooms are bright and welcoming, furnished with two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm in one room and a bunk bed with two berths in the other. The 13 m2 glazed veranda provides a sheltered space for cooler evenings and leads directly to the garden, where a barbecue is available. Surrounded by trees and natural planting, the property offers a genuine nature experience while also providing shelter from the wind. The cottage enjoys a peaceful location on a side road in an attractive and scenic area near Sdr Vorupor, known for its unique coastal charm. Please note The house is not rented out to youth groups or to groups of craftsmen.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
