Lovely cottage for a small family in a nice, quiet cottage area. The cottage is 52 square meters, with 3 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. All the rooms in the house have new double beds that can sleep 6 people. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for cooking, including an electric stove with oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen opens onto the living room, which allows socializing to continue even while cooking. The living room consists of a shared living/dining room with space for 6 people at the dining table and in the sofa arrangement. The living room also has a fireplace that can be lit during cold weather. The outdoor areas offer a nice lawn with space for play, as well as a large terrace with a covered section. The terrace is nice and private, shaded by a half wall and a fence facing the road. The house is heated with electric heating, and there are electric radiators in all rooms. There is also an air-to-air heat pump, which is large enough to heat the entire house. The house is not rented out to youth groups or groups of tradespeople.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
