Welcome to an great holiday home for several families/friends travelling together on the beautiful West coast. The holiday house is a gem located on Øygarden right outside Bergen. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a successful holiday. Well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The holiday house has a total of 260m2, of which the first floor is 130m2 with a pitched roof; ceiling height 190cm. From the first floor there is a great view of the sea and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun in comfortable chairs. In the main bathroom there is a sauna with room for 4-5 people. Both bedrooms on the ground floor are tastefully furnished, each with a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. 3 of the bedrooms upstairs have a good sofa bed (W: 150cm), and the last room has a bed where you can pull out extra sleeping space. All 4 bedrooms upstairs have their own comfortable chairs. 100 meters to a beautiful sandy beach with great swimming opportunities. Two boats for rent in floating jetty 250 meters from the house. 1 pc 21 foot Øien 620F with 70 HP Yamaha, Garmin 92CV gps, echo sounder and chart plotter, 6 rod holders, flushing pump 1 pc 14 foot boat with 9.9 HP Suzuki 2-stroke engine The area is great for hikes in beautiful nature and a great starting point for trips to Bergen with its many tourist attractions such as the fish market, Fløyen, Bryggen, Ulriken and the art museums. The holiday home and boats are NOT let to fishing groups.
