Description

Atmospheric and charming renovated townhouse in the heart of Løkken only about 100 meters from the North Sea, which offers nice bathing water and white sand as far as the eye can see, and there is even the opportunity to fish from the end of the pier. This historic townhouse is decorated in the Nordic style with attention to beautiful details. There are exposed ceiling beams on the ground floor in the open kitchen / family room combined with the cozy living room (ceiling height 200 cm). From the kitchen there is a small hallway that leads to a charming bathroom (ceiling height 180 cm). Three bedrooms, two of which are located in the heated annex with utility room and washing machine. On the first floor is the last bedroom with bay window that gives a nice light into the room, and with plenty of closet space. Special emphasis is placed on the atmospheric cozy and enclosed courtyard, where you can stay in peace and quiet and enjoy the sun and grill undisturbed. From the cozy dining area in the house you can open all the way up to the courtyard. You live very close to the city's pedestrian street with cozy small shops and delicious eateries, so it is easy to be tempted to eat out or buy souvenirs to take home. If you feel like a dip, it only takes a few minutes to walk down to Løkken Strand, which is a beautiful beach with clean water and white sandy bottom. Not for rent to youth groups.
