Description
Approx. 330 m from the shores of Bogense you will find this holiday cottage in 2 levels with views of the lakes and the small islands in the distance. From the ground floor there is access to 2 terraces, one partly covered with furniture. From 1st floor there is also access to 2 balconies also with furniture of which one overlookings the water. There are four bedrooms, one on 1st floor with direct access to the west facing balcony, the other three bedrooms are on the ground level. On the 1st floor you will also find the large bright combined living/dining room and the kitchen, which has direct access to the balcony, where you can move the cooking outside and use the grill. From the living room you have access to a covered balcony where you can see the beautiful lakes that charactersise the area. The fireplace is for biofuel.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das Ferienhaus, das wir nach einem großen Missverständnis von Dancenter bekamen, hatte eine wunderschöne Lage, eine schöne Aussicht und war schön und gut eingerichtet.
Das Haus war sauber und komfortabel, mit viel Platz für alle, Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Garten, Wir fanden einige tolle Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, insbesondere das Fiskehuset Bogense für frische Meeresfrüchte,
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich genossen, Die Ausblicke von den Balkonen waren einfach atemberaubend, besonders während des Sonnenuntergangs, Der Wohnbereich war super gemütlich für unsere Spieleabende, und der Grill draußen machte unsere BBQs zu einem Vergnügen, Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das WLAN manchmal etwas langsam war, aber wir haben es geschafft, Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Die Lage war absolut großartig, eine schöne Aussicht auf beide Seiten, ein schönes großes Badezimmer und schön, eine zusätzliche Toilette zu haben
Die Gegend ist fantastisch abwechslungsreich
Uns gefiel, dass sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock befanden. Es gab einen schönen Sonnenuntergang über dem Wasser. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage – in der Nähe von Supermarkt, Wasser, Schwimmbad und Geschäften.
Die Lage ist ideal, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Bogense Strand, Genossen das Entspannen auf der überdachten Terrasse mit einem Grill und viel Gartenmöbel,
Kleine Balkone auf 1, Die Halle auf beiden Seiten – der zum Wasser gerichtete war auf der Luvseite mit Nachmittagssonne, während der zum See gerichtete im Lee und mit der Morgensonne lag, beide mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht, / / Gute Lage mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand, zum Yachthafen, zur Stadt, zum Schwimmbad und zum Einkaufen. / / Viele gute Spielplätze im Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern
Nähe zur Stadt und zum See, gute Aufteilung, gute Sonnenbedingungen, mit zwei Veranden,
Helligkeit und Gemütlichkeit
Eine sehr persönlich eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr gemütlich und nicht zuletzt gute Anbindung an Stadt und Strand, Hafen,
Tolle Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, Das Haus war sauber und geräumig, Perfekt für unsere Gruppe von Freunden!
