Description

Completely renovated holiday home located in a beautiful natural area not far from the sea by Øer. When you sit on the balcony on the 1st floor, you can look out over the water while enjoying your coffee. The house has on the ground floor kitchen, dining area and a bedroom and bathroom. On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms and living room with a view. The grass is newly sown in the summer of 2019 but there will be an opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you are looking for a good hike, there are also many opportunities open here. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
