Description

Holiday home from 2020 with many fine details located in scenic surroundings by Koldkær in a quiet holiday area between Hals and Hou. The cottage contains entrance / hallway, loft, bathroom with washing machine and exit to outdoor shower. In addition, there is a large and spacious bedroom with double bed and closet wall, room with double bed and room with Norwegian bunk bed and smaller loft for play. Kitchen / living room in open connection with living room with wood stove and air / air heat pump. In connection with the dining area and the living room, respectively, the house has two good alcoves, where it is possible to enjoy a good book or Ipad and still be part of the community. From the living room and dining area there are sliding doors with access to 25 m2 large covered tiled terrace with large dining table to the south and lounge area to the west. Furthermore, there is a 10 m2 covered morning terrace in connection with the entrance. On the plot there are also football goals and sandpit. From the 1000 m2 large natural plot there are only approx. 300 meters to scenic dune area and the most beautiful white sandy beach, which is extremely child-friendly with the calm water. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
