Holiday home located in the sought-after and scenic holiday home area at Nørlev Strand north of Skallerup Klit and Lønstrup.The house is located on an open dune plot with good views over the area, as well as the inland dunes and horse paddocks.The holiday home was built in 2002 and renovated in 2025, when an air-to-air heat pump was installed.The summer house consists of an entrance hall with access to one bathroom.From the entrance hall, you enter a cozy, bright living room with a genuine summer house atmosphere, which is connected to the kitchen, where there is room for the family to watch a good movie on TV or play games at the dining table, as well as access to a loft where children can play. The living room also has a wood-burning stove for those cool spring and fall days.From the living room, there is access to two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with an adjustable double bed, where there is also access to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, and one bathroom has a washing machine. From the kitchen, you step down into the third bedroom, which has a sofa bed. There is an enclosed south/west-facing terrace where small children and dogs can play safely. In high season, there is a café and ice cream parlour 750 metres away. The vacation home is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
